How does the coaching work? Is it a course or a call?

It's live, one-on-one coaching via video call. Each session is 50 minutes, tailored to your current goals. You'll get a recording and a summary after each meeting.

What’s your refund policy?

I offer a full refund within 14 days of your first session if you feel we're not a good fit. No questions asked. After that, I don't offer prorated refunds, but we can discuss pausing your package.

How do I schedule sessions?

After you book a package, you'll get a link to my calendar. You can schedule sessions at any time, subject to availability. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly.

What tools or platforms do you use?

We meet over Zoom. All session recordings, notes, and resources are shared via a private Notion page that you'll have lifetime access to.

Do you offer support between sessions?

Yes. Between calls, you can message me via the Notion page for quick feedback or accountability checks. I aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session with no penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows count as a used session.
